Daily drop-in support questions

What is daily drop-in support?

Daily drop-in support is flexible in-home NDIS support for people who don’t need someone with them all the time. A support worker visits your home to help with everyday tasks, so you can live independently and comfortably in your own home.

Our team can help with personal care, cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing, and home and garden maintenance. We can also help you get to medical or hospital appointments, keep in touch with family and friends, and make new social connections.

It’s usually funded from the Core Supports budget in your NDIS plan, under Assistance with Daily Life. If you’re unsure what your plan covers, your plan manager or support coordinator can help, or we can talk it through at a free consultation.

That depends on your needs, your goals and what your plan funds. We agree visit times and the tasks you want help with before support starts, and change them as your needs change.

Yes. Our community access and participation support helps with outings, sport, shopping, volunteering and more. You can have both, depending on what your plan funds.

Complete our online referral form or call 0475 733 101, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours. We support people across Western Sydney, South West Sydney, the Illawarra and the Southern Highlands.
